Regardless of whether you intend to adopt from us or buy somewhere else, please educate yourself, invest the time and it may prevent you from unexpected future expenses or the sad experience of having to give up an unhealthy pup.
We do not sell puppies with breeding rights. We only sell puppies with a limited registration contract. Please do not ask us to change our policy for you.
You will get to choose your puppy according to the order in which your deposit is received. If you do not find a satisfactory puppy, or the timing is not right once it is your turn to choose, you may pass your choice on to the next litter. Your name will move up the list according to the number of people preceding you that have chosen their puppy.
While we accept a limited number of applications for our waiting lists, your placement will not be locked in until a commitment deposit has been made and picks among similar puppies will be made in the same order as the deposits were received.
We are accepting deposits of $500 to hold your puppy and/or place you on our waiting list.
The deposit is non-refundable. But it can be transferred to a future litter if the timing or choice of puppies is not yet desirable.
Cash is preferred but checks and payment via Venmo are accepted for the deposit. You can also send Credit Card payments through Venmo.
You may pick up your new family member once it is eight weeks old and has received its first vaccine. Pick-up times can be scheduled by calling or texting our contact number below. When picking up your puppy, we will have the contract shown below ready for you to look over and sign.
We can meet you at the airport with your puppy if you wish to fly to get him/her. Please communicate travel plans two weeks in advance to allow us time to fulfil any airline travel requirements.

Purpose: This PUPPY is being provided by the BREEDER for the sole purpose of providing the BUYER with a healthy, long-term (about 7-15 years) pet and companion and does not guarantee PUPPY’S size, weight, color, bite or temperament when full grown.
Free From Genetic Defect: BREEDER guarantees PUPPY for 1 (one) year from the date of birth to be free of hereditary or congenital defects which may lead to death or a recommendation from a competent, licensed, practicing veterinarian that the dog be euthanized. If PUPPY is diagnosed with a life-threatening genetic disorder during this period by a veterinarian or by the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA), BUYER can either agree to keep the dog if spayed or neutered or may return it to BREEDER. All defect verifications must be provided to BREEDER in writing, on a veterinarian’s letterhead, and appropriately signed. If PUPPY is euthanized, a necropsy report (at owner’s expense) must also be provided to the BREEDER stating the defect. If a genetic defect is diagnosed, BUYER’S veterinarian will provide BREEDER’S veterinarian with supporting documentation. If supporting documentation is conclusive, BREEDER agrees to replace PUPPY with another of the same sex and “purchase price” (stated above) at no charge except for shipping and handling. If further testing is required, BUYER agrees to work with BREEDER to provide the necessary supporting documentation.
Disorders NOT covered by this agreement that may be caused by non-genetic illnesses include: respiratory infections, hernias, giardia, crypt orchid (testicle not descended), hypoglycemia, underbite, overbite, coccidia, parasites, allergies, thyroid dysfunction, mange, and other autoimmune disorders. If BUYER chooses to return PUPPY to BREEDER due to a diagnosed defect, shipping/delivery charges will be the BUYER’S responsibility.
In Good Health: PUPPY has no signs of illness. The puppy has been thoroughly wormed and vaccinated with at least the first series of shots. BUYER agrees to have PUPPY examined by a veterinarian within three (3) business days of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of BUYER’S rights under this agreement, and any situation that arises will be handled at the BREEDER’S discretion. If PUPPY is found to be other than healthy by BUYER’S veterinarian, it shall be returned to BREEDER within five (5) days and BUYER will have the option to select another dog or receive a full refund. BUYER understands that internal parasites, coccidia and giardia are common in puppies, and that even though treatment is given prior to shipment, they can show up from the stress of a new environment.
Free From Disease: BREEDER guarantees PUPPY to be free of all Communicable Diseases for a period of ten (10) days from the date of shipping. If PUPPY displays evidence of poor health within this period and a veterinarian deems it un-savable, BREEDER will be contacted immediately, and PUPPY will be returned to BREEDER at BUYER’S expense. Beyond this initial disease-free guarantee, BREEDER offers BUYER NO guarantee against non-genetic diseases or at any time against accident, motility, loss or theft.
Proper Care: BREEDER has been careful to produce and raise PUPPY in a healthy environment with proper food, exercise, socialization and veterinary care, including all age appropriate vaccinations. BUYER agrees to maintain PUPPY’S good health and agrees to do the following:
There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, etc. The BUYER assumes full responsibility to carry on with the appropriate vaccinations, exercise and healthy feeding schedule. BREEDER will not under any circumstances pay for any veterinarian bills.
Restrictions: Never, under any circumstances will PUPPY be used to breed, fight or to be placed in the humane society, pound or other facility (private or public) that practices experiments or euthanasia of animals.
Refunds: Even if BUYER returns PUPPY, BREEDER does not give a refund for any reason except where genetic defect, and early disease occur.
BREEDER neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the BREEDER and BUYER with respect to this sale. The BUYER’S signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees to and understands all the conditions of this Sales/Contract Agreement.
